Xcel Energy is reporting more then 5,100 customers are without power in the Carbondale, Glenwood Springs area.
Power was reported out at 11:27 a.m Sunday morning.
Xcel Energy crews are in the field, working on correcting the outage.
Power is estimated to be restored around 2:30 p.m.
