PEACH VALLEY, Colorado – Five different Titans scored goals as Coal Ridge’s girls soccer team dismissed of visiting Grand Valley on Thursday, 6-0.

Kourtney Mitchell found net twice and Chelsie Ryan, Ashlie Bowles, Audrey Asplund and Alicia Cokley all chipped in with scores as the Titans improved to 10-0-2 overall and to 9-0-2 in the 3A Western Slope League.

Three games remain on the regular-season slate for Coal Ridge, which hosts Vail Christian on Tuesday. Then it’s back-to-back games with Vail Mountain on Thursday (May 6 at home) and Saturday (May 8 on the road).

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado – Thursday’s girls soccer meeting between Glenwood Springs and visiting Steamboat Springs was postponed due to Thursday’s snowfall.

The game will be made up Wednesday at 6 p.m.

PEACH VALLEY, Colorado – Snowfall postponed Thursday’s baseball game between host Coal Ridge and Rifle.

The contest will be made up Wednesday at 4 p.m.
