Project hearing continued until May 5

The Garfield County Commissioners on March 17 continued the Spring Ridge II planned unit development public hearing to their May 5 meeting.

Spring Ridge II is located south of Glenwood Springs on Dry Park Road, about one mile from Four Mile Road.

The 484-acre project, designed by OTAK and represented by Pat Fitzgerald, includes 81 residential building sites, and 309 acres as open space that will be placed in a conservation easement with the Aspen Valley Land Trust.



The Garfield County Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval with 37 conditions.

County staff recommended approval with 38 conditions.
