Questioning morale of U.S. troops
Dear Editor,
I was certainly relieved to read in Mr. Bob Anderson’s letter to the editor that his stepson says “morale is great” among the troops stuck in Iraq.
For a while there I was worried those pesky “liberal” facts were going to keep rearing their ugly heads, i.e., humongous deficits along with the lies to send the troops there in the first place, combined with the utter confusion in Iraq and Afghanistan and no jobs when they (if they) get back to the U.S.A. I mean, whose morale wouldn’t be great? This in conjunction with the possibility of our glorious leader tap-dancing his way into another term just makes me want to yell whoo hoo!
God help America,
Sharon Robyn
