Randy Ray McQuiston

Randy Ray McQuiston, 47, passed away October 5, 2005, at his home in Parachute.

He was born September 18, 1958, in Rifle to Richard L. and B.J. (Allen) McQuiston. He graduated from Grand Valley High School.

He was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry.

Randy took great pride in caring for his family’s home and property in Parachute. He also enjoyed training horses, designing jewelry and western artwork, along with helping friends and neighbors.

He is survived by his parents; son J.T. McQuiston Wagner of Salt Lake City; brothers Robert McQuiston and Russell McQuiston, both of Parachute; sister Bramley Schaeffer of Castle Rock; nieces Shanna, Jessica, Ashley and Erin.

Services were held Monday, Oct. 10, at the Grand Valley United Methodist Church in Parachute, with the Rev. Joseph Puchek officiating.

Burial will be held at the Russey Hulburt Cemetery in Parachute.

The Rifle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
