The week of May 6-12 marks the celebration of National Nurses Week. Alpine Home Health in Glenwood Springs, a home health company and member of the Harden Healthcare family, welcomes this opportunity to recognize our nurses who work tirelessly to provide medical care and support to our Greatest Generation.

Our nurses provide 24-hour, customized care in the comfort of patients’ homes, often driving great distances to care for these valued clients, most of whom are seniors.

Services provided by our nurses, based on the specific needs of our patients, include medication management, special wound care, diabetes care and coordinated high-quality transitional care following hospitalization.

On behalf of Alpine Home Health, I would like to say thank you to all of our nurses and express our sincere gratitude for the important work that they do every day for patients who depend on their care.
