Glenwood Springs, Colorado CO

We thank the citizens of Silt for their generous hospitality. We came to Silt from Minnesota to attend to our brother’s affairs after his sudden death. The people who we have dealt with have been very friendly and gone out of their way to help us.

We would especially like to thank Bryon’s friends and neighbors, as well as the Silt Police Department, The Miner’s Claim, Holiday Inn Express, and the many businesses with whom we have had to deal. Silt residents have a town to be proud of.

I want to express my appreciation to Justin Eiseman, Eric Cardo and Alexander Voda of Glenwood Springs Subaru for their outstanding, sensitive and prompt service response. These gentlemen and others at this local car dealership have maintained and serviced my mother’s 1998 Subaru throughout the years, responding immediately to her questions and providing solutions and answers that allow her car to function in the most efficient manner.

This summer while visiting her, I unfortunately had a small accident in her Subaru prior to the day I was to leave Glenwood Springs. Immediately, I called Mr. Eiseman and asked him what he could do to repair her car, so she would still have transportation.

He and his crew flew into action once the car arrived at Glenwood Springs Subaru, quickly analyzed the needed repair, and promised to have the car fixed by that afternoon. Sure enough, when we arrived her car was ready to go and perfectly restored.

Glenwood Springs is very fortunate to have such outstanding, dedicated businesses whose philosophy is to provide the best service possible for their customers. Justin Eiseman, Eric Cardo and Alexander Voda should be recognized along with Glenwood Springs Subaru for living up to this philosophy by truly caring for their customers and serving them to the very best of their ability.

This Labor Day weekend, my family traveled up to the Flat Top Wilderness Area via Main Elk Creek Road. On our way back down the mountain to New Castle, we hit a sharp rock that punctured our tire. When my husband went to get our jack out of the truck, he discovered that several pieces were missing. A wonderful gentleman, Bob Gordon, stopped to help us out. He not only loaned us his jack, but also helped in the process. Being new to Colorado and the town of New Castle, it was refreshing to come across such a helpful and friendly individual willing to stop and give a helping hand.

Thank you, Bob. Our day trip was a wonderful experience and made even more so by your invaluable help and friendly Colorado chivalry.
