Readers say thanks
Glenwood Springs, CO Colorado
From the family of Ivan Bishop,
Thank you, everyone, for the food, flowers, cards and phone calls. The love and support to us during our loss was very comforting. We are very grateful to all of you.
Diane and John Doose and Deborah Corsentino
The employees of the Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home recently held a benefit garage sale for our friend and employee Amanda Rubalcave and her daughter Alexia. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who donated items for our sale.
We also want to thank Mike Marcucci from the New Castle Pepsi Bottling Group for delivering their Pepsi Cart for our use. Mike also gave a very generous donation of Pepsi products and water for us to sell. At day’s end we were able to raise $1,000 towards Alexia’s stem cell transplant.
We realize what a great community we live in. The support we receive from each and every one of you is appreciated beyond words. And for that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Lisa Adams, the employees and residents of the Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home in Rifle
