Readers Say Thanks

As co-promoter of the Western Slope Omnium bike race held the weekend of June 12-14, I would like to thank the community, residents, business owners, police and city workers of Glenwood Springs for hosting more than 350 bike racers from around Colorado and a few neighboring states. I especially want to thank the residents who live on streets including 8th through 10th from Colorado to School for their cooperation in securing the criterium race course. The racers who visited our community enjoyed warm hospitality and outstanding services from the business community. Without the willingness and understanding of the community, events like this would not be possible.

Thanks again!

I would like to thank the community and the churches for the awesome support of my brother Ray Harper, his kids Tatum and Trace, and their mother, Kimberly Harper, through this very difficult time of the loss of Teal Harper. Your love, compassion and prayers have touched the entire family.
