Readers Say Thanks
Glenwood Springs, CO Colorado
The usual thank you letter is for all those who helped to put on an event. This letter is for all those theatre patrons who chose to attend our production of “A Streetcar Named Desire.” We were overwhelmed with the support.
“Streetcar” was one of the top three attended productions in our 16-year history. We can’t thank you enough for your support, especially when putting on a classic such as this, arguably, the greatest American play ever written … a play that continues to speak to us through time.
Thank you for all of your very kind words about our work and the important role Thunder River Theatre Co. plays in our community.
The benefits to Carbondale are huge. So many of you enjoy a lovely dinner, or drinks after one of our shows at one of our Carbondale’s fine restaurants on Main Street or in the immediate vicinity. And thank you for stopping by and visiting the shops on your way to the theatre. Thunder River is pleased to be doing its part in helping to support our great town.
A huge thank you goes out to everyone for participating in the first annual St. Patrick’s Day Potluck at River Valley Ranch.
Thank you to Rich Meyers, Kathryn Rooney, and everyone else for cooking such amazing dishes. Thank you to Pam for helping with the event and Johnna for the raffle tickets. We would like to especially thank Dos Gringos, Heidi’s Deli, the Pour House and Wine Time for their generosity.
Looking forward to the next time!
