This is a very belated thank-you to Dr. Mease, Rose and the rest of the wonderful staff at Glenwood Veterinary Clinic for their extreme care and compassion with the passing of my dear friend Conner. With the remaining pack, anytime an untimely situation arises, they do whatever they can to get them in to be seen as soon as possible. Their exceptional professionalism and patience is much appreciated.Megan DahlGlenwood Springs
This letter is to commend and thank the Glenwood Insurance Agency for an extraordinary member of its team. We have been with the agency since 2004, and although we are a small account, we have been treated as though we are just as important as a large commercial account based upon the customer service we have received. Most recently, I was assisted with an issue that we encountered with our lender and a third party insurer. They were requiring that we provide a letter from the underwriter in order to credit our account $1,900. I have been working for more than three months trying to get this resolved, including but not limited to several calls directly to the insurance provider and asking for a letter of confirmation from an underwriter. I was unsuccessful, and came into the Glenwood Insurance office to express my frustration, and was met by Sara McClure, who demonstrated incredible service and an exemplary attitude. This amazing lady was the ultimate in what any company would want for its clients, and I commend Glenwood Insurance for its dedication to excellence. Ms. McClure was tenacious in her service to us and stayed after it until we received what we needed from the underwriter. It’s so nice to work with a company that is dedicated to extraordinary customer service. I cannot thank Ms. McClure and Glenwood Insurance enough for taking such wonderful care of us. They have earned clients for life, and I will gladly recommend their agency to everyone I know.Cinthia R. AndrewsMeridian Real Estate LLCAspen
The Armstrong family of Glenwood Springs would like to thank the many volunteers who helped raise more than $2,000 for Valley View Hospital’s new Calaway & Young Cancer Center at Peyton’s Magic Potion Parade on Oct. 19. We appreciate all who came in a show of their support and hope for those in this valley who, like our son Peyton, face a cancer diagnosis. We’d like to thank the following businesses for volunteering their time, talents, energy, facility, or goods to this event: m3 Marketing, Rainy Day Designs, Glenwood Moms for Moms, Peppino’s Pizza, Glenwood Springs High School and Glenwood Springs High cheerleaders, Flowers-N-Such, Boys Scout Troop 277, GSHS Glenwood Ice Girls Soccer Team, Glenwood Middle School Builders Club, Mimi’s Bakery, photographer Dee Warwick and last but not least, Valley View Hospital Foundation and Foundation volunteers. We couldn’t have imagined a better way to spend the day that Peyton was diagnosed one year ago than in a community effort with all of you.Jessica ArmstrongGlenwood Springs
