It’s a split-level home with an open floor plan on the upper level. This is one of Rifle’s nice subdivisions on the north side of town. Listed at $215,000 by Mary Huffine, Rifle Realty Co. Inc.MLS #859511557 Beech I liked the huge, open living area and big kitchen in this home. It was fresh and clean with a potentially super yard. This is in Pastures Subdivision. This home is well priced and a good buy in this neighborhood. Offered at $215,000 by Jenni Walker, Century 21 Rifle Brokers LLC.MLS #860811582 Arabian I liked the decor in this nice rancher. It’s a neat home with wide hallways and open floor plan. This home is priced very well and will be a good buy in the Pastures Subdivision. I doubt it will last long. Listed at $188,000 by Linda Upton, Gold Star Realty Inc.MLS #860311334 E. Seventh St. This is one of four condominiums listed in this building. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. These units live more like townhomes than condos with front and back doors opening outside. These are affordable housing. Listed at $96,500 by Judith Douglass, Douglass Real Estate.MLS #858021055 County Road 225Ten acres come with this property, along with the water to irrigate it. It is fenced and cross-fenced and has a tack barn and loafing shed. This is a great horse property, with a grass pasture for grazing or haying. The house is open and spacious with definite western styling. It also offers end-of-the-road privacy. Offered at $425,000 by Lori Kass & Wendy Harrison, Mason & Morse Real Estate.MLS #85836760 Rainbow Drive, SiltPick of the weekThis property gets my pick for a couple of reasons. The first is location. It is high on Silt Mesa with such a beautiful view of the Colorado River valley below that it just takes my breath away. It has 4 acres of grass and plenty of irrigation to maintain the pastures. That’s enough for a couple of horses. Then there is the house; while it needs a little updating, there is plenty to work with at 1,913 square feet. There is a full apartment on the lower level. Then there are outbuildings – every good country home has to have outbuildings. The final reason I chose this is price. At $ 295,000, this is a deal.
