Red Feather opponents aren’t just newcomers

France Reed

Dear Editor,

In response to Red Feather development’s representative attacking Michael Larime as a “newcomer in a big house,” I would like to clarify who the citizens opposed to this development are.

We consist of those born here, those who have lived here for decades, and also relative newcomers who are fleeing exactly what this development represents: higher taxes, horrific traffic and loss of a town’s traditional good quality of life.

We don’t want ugly sprawl beyond our planned boundaries; a microcosm of L.A.

Vote “no” on Red Feather Ridge! You’ll be glad you did.

Most sincerely,

France Reed
