Richard Clarence Martinez passed away on May 7, 2012, at the age of 68. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. Richard touched everyone’s hearts just by knowing him. He enjoyed going to bingo, gambling, fishing and spending time with his loving family. He was an avid Bronco fan and enjoyed watching wrestling.He is survived by his wife Holly; special pets Sugar & Spice; sons Rick and Rory and his daughter Rita; siblings Arthur (Tina) Martinez, Naomi (Antonio) Pedrego, Mary Ann (Jim) Gallegos; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.He is preceded in death by his parents, father- and mother-in-law, one brother and one sister. He will be greatly missed. There will be a celebration of his life with a potluck on June 9 at 11:08 a.m. at the Elk’s Lodge in (West) Glenwood Springs 51939 Highway 6 & 24.
