Rick Stowe
Rick Stowe of Grand Junction died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002, at his home. He was 37.
He was born Feb. 2, 1965, to Robert “Bob” G. and Doris M. Hulse Stowe in Wheat Ridge. He attended middle school in New Castle and graduated from Glenwood Springs High School in 1983.
He spent most of his life in Glenwood Springs, where he owned and operated his own plumbing business. He was previously married to Sharlet Warner.
Mr. Stowe enjoyed motorcycles, NASCAR racing, hiking and camping.
He moved to Grand Junction two years ago.
He is survived by a son, Ryan Alan Stowe of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; parents Bob and Doris Stowe; brother and sister-in-law Robert and Cindy Stowe of Glenwood Springs; and niece Dasha Stowe and nephew Tim Stowe, both of Glenwood Springs.
A service of remembrance will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2002, at Farnum Holt Funeral Home with the Rev. James Brown of the Living Springs Fellowship officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Martin Mortuary.
