Ronald Vernon Buzick

Ronald Vernon Buzick died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002, in Glenwood Springs, Colo. He was 57.

He was born Feb. 9, 1945, in Sherman, Texas, to Vernon Floyd and Eva Lee Buzick.

Mr. Buzick served in the Army.

He moved to Glenwood Springs eight years ago.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by mother Eva Lee Buzick, of Glenwood Springs; daughter Anita Buzick, of Germany; brothers Larry Buzick, of Denver, Colo., and Garry Buzick, of Glenwood Springs; sister Sue Sullivan, of Oklahoma; and girlfriend Kaye Duskin, of New Castle, Colo.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20,at the Farnum-Holt Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Mark Hauptli will officiate.

Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Salida, Colo.

A reception will follow funeral services at 1113 Valley View Road in Glenwood Springs.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local hospice.
