Saddle up and suit up for Cowboys and Caviar fundraiser

Tickets are now on sale for the Fifth Annual Cowboys and Caviar dinner dance.

This rousing event begins at 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, at the Members Lodge of the Roaring Fork Club.

It includes auctions, a sumptuous buffet dinner featuring premium Black Angus beef and seafood, a hosted bar, and a wine tasting sponsored by three West Coast vineyards.

Dancing under the stars will round out the evening with music by Matt Herrington and The Beaters.

Tickets for the evening are $100 per person and can be obtained at the Basalt Chamber of Commerce, 927-4031, and the Roaring Fork Land Company, 927-8080.

This event is part of the Roaring Fork Charity Classic and will benefit numerous organizations in the town of Basalt, including the Roaring Fork Conservancy, the Basalt Education Foundation, Fields of Dreams, Rocky Mountain Restorative Justice, the Basalt Regional Heritage Society, and the Basalt Chamber of Commerce.

The major sponsors for this year’s event are Alpine Bank, Aspen Daily News, Aspen Sojourner, and the Danis Charitable Trust.
