See a mini pond-skim in Sunlight Mountain Resort’s latest video
You won’t see a full-size pond skim at Sunlight Mountain Resort this weekend; lack of snow at the base area means the event is off. But skiing goes on through the weekend. “We’ve received nearly 200 inches of snow on the season and spring skiing conditions are superb with a 40 inch base on the upper mountain and mild sunny temps,” Sunlight marketing director Troy Hawks said via email.
That doesn’t mean the fun is over. Belt Buckle Bobby–Children’s Ski School Manager Bobby Lombardi–stars in a short video of the resort’s first mini pond skim.
Sunlight’s season concludes with its Yard Sale Spring Music Series, featuring Logan Brothers Saturday and Whiskey Stomp Sunday. Learn more about the resort at sunlightmtn.com.
