Selling pizza and getting to know customers by name

Being from New York we were always searching for a good slice of pizza that tasted like what we were used to. When a vacant space became available we decided the only way to make pizza taste like “home” was to make it ourselves.

New York-style pizza, calzones, gluten-free pizza, fresh salads, hero sandwiches, homemade lasagna and Italian desserts, beer and wine.

Continue to give my customers quality products and make them feel they received a value for the money spent. Never sacrifice quality for profit.

In an interview they must look neat and clean and have a positive, outgoing and friendly personality. I can teach them customer service, but it all begins with their attitude toward themselves and others.

I am working on expanding our space into a vacancy next door which will allow us to expand our menu to include “Family Gathering” style pasta dishes and more Italian desserts and coffee.

I get to honestly know a lot of my customers, not just by face, but by name, and we get the opportunity to help some local people and organizations that need it. Also, we get to meet new people all the time due to the amount of visitors we get here, that’s always fun. And, where else can you look out the window of your store and see mountains, rivers, and wildlife? Not bad!
