Sinking his teeth into dental policy letter

Dear Editor,

While I am used to having my daily chuckle about absurd letters to the editor, with family and close friends, I am compelled to comment on Sue Kellogg’s apparent problem with her dentist and his office policy.

Is the local newspaper the proper forum for a personal gripe about how someone else conducts their business? I am sure most Post Independent readers share her excitement at finding a dentist that does things her way. Great news, Sue!

Seriously, complaining to the newspaper about Dr. Bob’s policy seems out-of-place and irresponsible. Is it possible this self-proclaimed “unyielding mother bear” is just plain bored? Maybe she has worn out all other avenues for personal diatribe. So she finds a new dentist – who cares?
