Siobhan ‘Pee Wee’ McMillan

Siobhan passed away in Phoenix, Ariz. on Oct. 17, 2010 after a six-month battle with cancer.

She was born in Glenwood Springs on June 6, 1962 and was a lifelong resident of the valley. She worked for over 25 years in the Human Services field with children and families. She was a mother to many foster children. She made a difference in many peoples lives. She never gave up on anyone. She was passionate about family and friends. She loved to travel and fish.

She is survived by her children, Sophia and Kyle Concannon, her mother Judy (Jim) Easton, brothers Bob Blotiaux and Sean McMillan; grandchildren, Isaiah Valdez and Shantel Jimenez.

Services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 23 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Rifle at 10 a.m. A celebration of life will be held after the services at her home at 301 West 25th St.
