SoulFeel to play Hotel Colorado before touring the country
ALL |
Before embarking on a national tour this fall, SoulFeel will perform the band’s signature funky blues rock at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Hotel Colorado.
With elements of rock, reggae, pop and blues, SoulFeel offers its audience a musical roller coaster. Stepbrothers Brook Mooney and Brad Foster started out as an acoustic duo and quickly carved their niche in the Roaring Fork Valley with rave reviews.
In the newspaper’s annual survey, Post Independent readers recently voted SoulFeel as best local band. Drummer Dane Wilson won best musician, and mandolin player Kirk Rodomski followed in second place.
Also appearing at the Hotel Colorado is Denver-based band Chasing Down Milo. Playing shows in Colorado, Nevada and Arizona, the four-member group is fast becoming a favorite among indie music fans.
Tickets are $10 at the door. For more information, call 256-9288 or visit soulfeel.net and chasingdownmilo.com
