Springtime means VVH Community Health Fair season
Valley View Hospital is gearing up for its annual series of community health fairs, beginning with the first pre-draw for blood tests today in Carbondale.
The pre-draw takes place from 7-10 a.m. at Roaring Fork High School. Additional dates will include a special seniors (age 50+) pre-draw from 7-10 a.m. March 10 at the Glenwood Springs Community Center, and another open pre-draw March 20 at Glenwood Medical Associates, again from 7-10 a.m.
Pre-draws are not mandatory to participate, but will help keep the wait to a minimum at the three health fairs coming up in April and allow participants to have their results beforehand.
“Then you can bring your results to the health fair and ask questions about your results at the Heart Health Fair Doctor’s information booth,” according to a press release from VVH.
