Sue Reid Nosal Dollase

Sue Reid Nosal Dollase of Glenwood Springs died Tuesday, April 8, 2003. She was 96.

She was born Sept. 6, 1906, in Charleston, Mo., to Frank and Anna Mary Nosal.

She married Arnold C. Dollase on June 20, 1936, in Mitchell, S.D. He preceded her in death on Nov. 1, 1984.

Mrs. Dollase taught school for 51 years in Texas and Missouri.

She moved to Glenwood Springs in 1988. In Colorado, she was active in RSVP and the Valley View Hospital Auxiliary. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Glenwood Springs.

Mrs. Dollase is survived by sons and daughters-in-law Edward A. and Vera Dollase of St. Louis, Mo., Arnold E. Dollase of Glenwood Springs, and David A. and Cheryl Dollase of Beeville, Texas; by grandchildren Mark A. Dollase of Indianapolis, Tina M. Dollase of Brighton, and David and wife Christine Dollase of Beeville; by great-grandchildren Cade and Reid Dollase of Beeville; by a niece, Mary Ann Hadley of Houston; by a cousin, Emilie Miller of Farmington, Mo.; and by several nieces and nephews.

Farnum Holt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
