Suzanne O’Brien, 47, passed away June 23, 2008, at Community Hospital in Grand Junction after a brief illness.
Suzanne was a resident of Glenwood Springs and Rifle before relocating to Grand Junction.
Survivors include daughter Saundra O’Brien of Glenwood Springs; son and Hayden Johns of Rifle; sisters Jacqueline O’Brien of Glenwood Springs and Geraldine O’Brien of Dallas.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her father, Francis O’Brien; mother Ursula Foley O’Brien; and sister Sharon O’Brien.
A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
