Taking advantage of a tired mayor

Dear Editor,

I’m curious why it’s only when he was fatigued after a long meeting that Mayor Vanderhoof was in favor of local fire-management concerns like amending Rep. McInnis’ bill, HR 1904, to more specifically define “wildfire interface” or “protection zones” so that fire protection could extend to us regular taxpayers?

Should the city council consider extending the time of all meetings to take advantage of Hizzoner’s fatigued clarity during every final vote?
