Teresa Marie Bamford

Teresa Marie Bamford, of Troy, Mont., died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2002, of cancer, at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital in Libby, Mont. She was 66.She was born June 18, 1936, to Sherwood and Ethel Keith Logue in Marshall, Minn.She graduated from Marshall High School in 1955.She married Donn Ray Bamford on June 18, 1955. They lived in Minnesota, California, Colorado, Nevada and retired in Troy, Mont.Mrs. Bamford loved books and enjoyed telling the stories of known and unknown authors alike. She enjoyed taking road trips and spending time with her daughters.She was a devoted mother and made many trips to visit her children and grandchildren.Mrs. Bamford was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Lewis Logue.She is survived by her husband, Donn Bamford, of Troy, Mont.; sons and daughters-in-law Donald “Butch” and Bobbie Bamford, of Troy, Mont., William “Billy” and Carla Bamford, of Craig, Colo., Steven Bamford and his partner, Tamale, of Seward, Alaska, and Joe and Kristi Bamford, of Carbondale, Colo.; daughters Wendy Bamford and Kathy Bamford, both of Anchorage, Alaska; 11 grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law Dennis and Claudia Logue, of Utah; sisters and brother-in-law Judith Lindsay, of Texas, and Geraldine and Al Capps, of Colorado; and her faithful dog Percy.Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home in Libby, Mont.
