Terry Brandon Reed Pettit

Terry Brendon Reed “Terr Bear” Pettit of Parachute died Monday, Oct. 21, 2002, at his home.

He was 4 1/2 months old.

He was born May 23, 2002, in Glenwood Springs to Stephen Reed and Nicole Christine (Gover) Pettit.



He was the perfect baby, always smiling and happy.

Terry was preceded in death by a grandmother, Larae Pettit.



He is survived by his parents, Stephen and Nicole Pettit of Parachute; by a sister, Sarah Jade Pettit of Parachute; by grandparents Georganne and Todd Dunfee of Rifle, Dennis and Tammera Francis of Parachute, and Reed Pettit of Seattle; and by aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

A traditional funeral service was held on Saturday, Oct. 26, at the First Assembly of God Church in Rifle.

Burial was to follow at Evergreen Washelli Memorial Park in Seattle.

Rifle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made in Terry’s name at any Wells Fargo Bank.
