Thanks to KDNK for community-oriented public radio

Annie McIntosh

Dear Editor,

I would like to acknowledge KDNK Public Radio for not only their commitment in offering a diverse array of music but also for their interest in bringing vital and pertinent issues to our valley’s listeners.

Over the years, KDNK has run radio spots, news stories, and conducted interviews on the topic of violence prevention. By participating in April’s Sexual Assault Awareness Month and October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, KDNK has made a difference!

I wish to thank KDNK; Mary Suma, the station manager; Marilyn Gleason, the news director; Wick Mosses, the underwriting specialist; the Board of Directors; and many others too numerous to mention for their contribution and dedication to real community-oriented public radio. Thank you!

Annie McIntosh, M.A.
