Thomas Robert Zipfel
Thomas Robert Zipfel of Hillsdale, N.J., passed away suddenly at his home Dec. 13, 2007.Thomas was born Dec. 25, 1943.Thomas was the most loving, giving, man you could ever meet, and he made everyone laugh. He is now dancing in heaven with his wife. God bless them both. His family and friends will truly miss him.Survivors include his mother, Muriel Zipfel; sister Ruth Zipfel of Pompton Lakes, N.J.; daughters Alane (Brian) Larison of Rifle, and Lori Zipfel of Pittsburgh, Pa.; son Scott Zipfel of Hillsdale; step-daughter Michele (Ken) Gangaware of Rifle and Santa Ana, Costa Rica; grandchildren Thomas Larison and Ali Larison of Rifle, Dominic Zipfel of Hillsdale, and Cole Gangaware of Rifle and Santa Ana; cat and best friend, Mistletoe; brother-in-law and sister-in-law John (Donna) Quinn of Florida; several friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl. Visitation will take place from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Westwood, NJ 07675. Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 17. Becker Funeral home 201-666-0292 is entrusted with the arrangements.
