Around 8 a.m. Thursday morning, CDOT sent out an alert saying Highway 82 was closed in both directions due to a wreck.
By 8:50 a.m. traffic was opened to one lane in each direction. By 9:30 a.m. the site was clear.
There were two reported injuries from the wreck with both individuals transported to Valley View Hospital. Neither was reported to be life-threatening, said Carbondale Fire Deputy Chief Rob Goodwin.
