Different continent, nearly the same result.

After stunning the freestyle world with a silver medal at Winter X Games in Aspen this year, Basalt teenager Torin Yater-Wallace finished third Wednesday in the men’s ski superpipe final at X Games Europe.

Yater-Wallace, 15, was the top American ski superpipe finisher in Tignes, France, behind Canadian Justin Dorey and winner Kevin Rolland, who also won the X Games in Aspen.
