Van crashes into apartment building in Carbondale

The suspect, Arias-Felipe Guillero, 21, of Carbondale, sits in the back of a Carbondale police car after being arrested. According to Schilling, Guillero has been charged with DUI and vehicular assault, a Class 4 felony, and is currently lodged in the Garfield County Jail.
The Colorado State Patrol also responded to the scene.
