Vivienne Maude Overholt

Vivienne Maude Overholt, 89, of Rifle, , passed away March 13, 2009.

Vivienne was born September 28, 1919, in Dixon, Wyo., to Roland and Maude (Hutchinson) Weber.

She married Kenneth Earl Overholt Jan. 14, 1938, in Rawlins, Wyo., where they settled and raised their family.



In 1940, Vivienne joined the Jehovah’s Witnesses and was a faithful member for the remainder of her life.

In the spring of 1986, Vivienne and Kenneth moved to the warmer climate of St. George, Utah. She moved to West Jordan, Utah, in 1992 to be closer to her family. In turn, this brought her to Rifle in August of 2002.



Vivienne is survived by sons Leonard Overholt and Lloyd Overholt; sisters Jane Kinney and Ella Wilkerson; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; and her brothers Leonard Weber and Matt Weber.

A memorial service took place Monday, March 23, at Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Rifle.
