Waldo F. Lively of New Castle died on Sunday, March 17, 2002, in New Castle. He was 67.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, in the Farnum Holt Chapel, 405 W. Seventh St., Glenwood Springs, with the Rev. Eddie Piker officiating.
Arrangements are handled by Farnum Holt Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Grand Junction.
