Wauneta Mae Magill of Montrose, Colo. passed away Sept. 29, 2009 at her home in Montrose. She was 78.Wauneta was born in Greeley. She was a homemaker and a loving and caring mother.She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Magill; sister, Edith Maes; three daughters, Mary Diaz, Wanada Andreatta, Wanetta Garcia and granddaughter Rita Diaz.She is survived by four sons, John Andreatta of Rifle, Dean Andreatta of Parachute, Floyde Andreatta of Grand Junction, Jay Magill of Grand Junction; four daughters, Charlotte Vilpando of Grand Junction, Vera Serhan of Hope, British Columbia, Canada, Barbara Andreatta of Montrose, Christina Baker of Roseville, Calif.; 27 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado, in memory of Wauneta Magill, P.O. Box 1804, Montrose, CO. 81402.A memorial service in celebration of Wauneta’s life will be held on Monday, Oct. 5, 2009 at 2 p.m. at New Creation Church, 44761 Hwy 6 & 24 in Glenwood Springs, CO. Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, Montrose, CO.
