Webster Cross

Webster Cross passed away peacefully at his home on March 26th, 2013, with his family by his side. He was born in New Castle, Colorado, and lived there all his life attending New Castle schools. Growing up he enjoyed, hunting, fishing, and camping with his friends.

He married June Keefauver on April 21, 1956. They had two sons, James and David. He loved teaching them how to hunt, fish, camp, how to be good workers and good men. He was a faithful loving husband, and loved his family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much. He will be dearly missed, but he has left us with many wonderful memories.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Viola Cross, twin sisters, four half-brothers and one grandson, Greg Cross.

He is survived buy his loving wife June, two sons James and David, two granddaughters Tanya (Ray) Alexander and Jenny Cross, and two great-grandsons Austin and Hayden Alexander.

A celebration of Web’s life will be held on April 6, 2013, at the First Baptist Church in New Castle Colorado at 1 pm.
