The Carbondale Council on Arts and Humanities is seeking two interested persons to serve as volunteers on the board of directors to fill out the remaining nine months of the two vacated seats. The Roaring Fork Branch of the American Red Cross Western Colorado Chapter needs people to volunteer time and expertise for our response to local disasters. To join a Disaster Action Team, four classes are required. Only one of these classes, Introduction to Disaster Services, is needed to become an active volunteer in supportive ways.
