Grand Avenue Concrete Paving Construction Public Meeting, 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5 and 7:30 – 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, at Glenwood Springs City Hall, 101 W. 8 Street next to the County Courthouse. The purpose is to provide citizens with information the Grand Ave. paving project scheduled for 2004 and give them an opportunity to express their opinions and concerns.
