Featured will be hypnosis, transformational healing practices, tea circle, cooking class and sacred bowl ceremony. Melanie Milasinovich, clinical and sports hypnotherapist, will be the facilitator.

The Aspen Choral Society will perform spring concerts at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, at the United Methodist Church, 824 Cooper Ave. in Glenwood Springs; and at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 9, at the Aspen Chapel.
The concerts will feature Gabriel Faure’s “Requiem,” written in 1887. Featured are Susan Nicholson on organ, harpist Janet Harriman, and soloists Scott MacCracken, Marni White and Maureen Jackson.

The family of Rosie Ferrin has worked to clean up and make safe again the old schoolhouse in downtown New Castle. Ferrin died this summer and had owned the building that included classrooms turned into apartments for years.
