The Mt. Sopris Montessori School Scholarship bake sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at Carbondale City Market. Gingerbread cookies and houses and other baked goods; all proceeds go to Montessori preschool education.

Due to a conflicting basketball game, Glenwood Springs High School’s holiday concert will be held Dec. 18 instead of Dec. 16. Showtime is still 7 p.m.
