What’s your favorite memory of the Fourth of July?

Setting off fireworks up at our cabin on the lake in northern Wisconsin.

I would say it was the year we got married. The Fourth of July fell on a weekend, and I think we were in Ouray and Telluride ” that was back in 1989.

Probably when we went over to our neighbors house and we were shooting off fireworks. One went into the neighbor’s yard where they were having a party.

Going to family reunions ” usually at the Loosbrock House, around Adrian, Minn., near St. Killian ” and blowing off fireworks.

When I was in Maryland looking at the fireworks over Chesapeake Bay. It was awesome.
