Winners named from more than 700 Summer Fun entries

“Reudi Sunset SUP” by Matt Lanning of Aspen is the winner of the Post Independent’s Summer Fun photo contest.

Lanning gets a $500 gift certificate to Summit Canyon Mountaineering.

Winners in the contest, which ran from May through mid-September, were based on overall popular vote and the votes of two judges from the Post Independent. More than 700 photos were entered this year.

Second prize goes to “Bubble Rainbows” by Chandra Baron of Centennial.

Third place goes to “SUP Colorado” by Hannah Klausman of Rifle.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

Baron gets a $200 gift certificate from Summit Canyon, while Klausman gets a $100 certificate.
