My husband and I would like to take a moment to thank the wonderful staff at Grand River Hospital. On March 2, Kelly had a routine medical procedure performed at their fine facility.
Both of us were pretty nervous and not really knowing what to expect. From the moment we walked through the front door until we left about three hours later, every person we encountered was friendly, informative and compassionate.
From the lady who checked us in to the doctor himself, everyone had a smile and time to answer all our questions. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of our hearts.

The week of March 12-16, SolTribe hosted a group of 15 Lakota from the Pine Ridge Reservation for a multiple-day fundraising tour of the area. As the group of Lakota rolled into Glenwood Springs after a long nine-hour drive, they were treated by some Glenwood Springs merchants to a truly “warm” welcome.
We would like to thank John Bosco with the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool for treating our Lakota friends to a warm soak and to Thor Jensen of Moe’s Southwest Grill for feeding them after their soak.
This event was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without the support of this wonderful community.
