Jack W. Taylor

Jack W. Taylor, 91, of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, passed away December 19, 2014.

Jack was born August 27, 1923, in Denver, Colorado, to Jake and Blanche Taylor.

Jack was in the US Army Air Core 452nd- 728th division where he was a WWII medal of Valor recipient with three Oak Leaf Clusters as a Midship Gunner on a B-17 Bomber.

He was a selfless man who gave his life for others.

Jack is survived by his wife Nadine Taylor, son Gary Taylor, daughter Pamela Davis, seven grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Services will be held with military honors in the spring at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
