CMC part of College Day/Night Tour

Colorado Mountain College representatives will join the annual College Day/Night Tour as it travels through several locations within CMC’s district.Admissions staff from Colorado’s community colleges, four-year colleges and some private colleges and universities will be on hand to provide information.The college fair tour comes to Basalt High School at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21. High school juniors and seniors and their parents from area high schools are encouraged to attend. For more information, visit, or call counselor Jill Kelly-Anson at the BHS counseling office at 384-5960.Also, from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, CMC at Spring Valley will host a college transfer fair. Several four-year colleges from Colorado, as well as others from out of state, will attend.This event is for any student who is considering transferring on after their studies at CMC, or for any local high school student. College representatives will have information on transferring, scholarship and financial aid information.The event will be held outside the Student Center.
