Don’t feed the hand that bites you

A young boys’ grandfather was teaching him about the American Indians.

He was describing how they lived in tepees and how tough it was in the winter.

The grandson was just visualizing the winter confinement and asked, “What did they do all day, just watch TV?”

Most people in this country that were born after about 1970 are pretty much out of touch with reality.

Our founders visualized a government that was limited and individual freedom that was valued and preserved. We have progressively had our freedoms taken by increasing government control.

America is transformed from our founder’s vision into a socialist culture.

For instance, the government, in totally unconstitutional action, turned our monetary system over to private banks.

My first salary was $125 per month; now $125 per day is not enough.

I paid 23 cents per gallon for gasoline and 11 cents per gallon for diesel. The last time I filled my truck it was more than $75.

What changed? It wasn’t the fuel.

These banks answer to no one. They are not subject to audit, and they can print money freely and set its value.

We are enslaved by debt. There are credit cards, mortgages, student loans, car payments, insurance, medical payments, etc., etc., etc.

The Scripture says, “The borrower is slave to the lender.”

Who are your masters?

Who are you working for?

Then there are the millions of laws and regulations we must live under.

Our lives are highly controlled by governmental agencies telling us at what height to hang fire extinguishers and almost every detail of our lives.

You are told that certain plants (weeds) are illegal, but you must have a permit and training to properly kill them.

You are damned if you don’t and damned if you do.

We are also smothered by media information.

It’s almost impossible to determine what’s really true; for instance, the disappearance of Flight 370?

All the news and speculation has ignored the fact of a secret American airbase in the middle of the Indian Ocean on Diego Garcia that surely has radar covering the area. Check it out on Google.

What really happened at our embassy in Benghazi?

Don’t condemn Islam because of a few radical terrorists set on wiping Israel and America off the map.

On the other hand condemn all gun owners because of the occasional nut case.

When did the major news ever report that a family’s lives were saved because they had a gun for defense?

Another major intrusion into our lives is the tax system.

The major benefits of our labor are not ours.

Consider that virtually everything we do is taxed; property tax, fuel tax, sales tax, phone tax, income tax, etc., etc., etc.

Even Obamacare was justified by the Supreme Court as being a tax.

Its mind boggling that our government has accumulated more than $17 trillion of debt considering all the taxes we pay.

It’s also totally irresponsible.

Finding ourselves in a deep hole and having our elected officials toss us down a shovel is not helping.

And by the way, the price of that shovel was charged to your account.

It may be too late, but we can do a few things to help restore our freedom.

Diligently seek truth. Don’t just assume that CBS and NBC are telling you the whole story.

Support and elect representatives who are honest, moral and courageous.

Fight for constitutional states’ rights. Resist federal government intrusion in areas not granted by the Constitution.

Hold officials to their oath to uphold the Constitution they made when taking office.

Get out of debt. The monetary system is bound to collapse, and your chance of survival will be better.

Buy American when you can.

There is an old saying, “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.”

I say, “Don’t feed the hand that bites you.”
