The Basalt Chamber of Commerce will host its annual meeting Oct. 26 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at the Members Lodge at the Roaring Fork Club. All members are encouraged to attend. Please RSVP to 927-4031.

The Garfield County Human Services Commission invites the public to have Tea with the Candidates from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, at the Lucy Huntley Senior Center in the CMC Blake Center in Glenwood Springs. Candidates will be on hand to introduce themselves and give brief biographies.
