St. Stephens Church is hosting a spaghetti supper fundraiser from 4 – 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, in the church basement. Take out is available. A superb array of desserts is included. Observance of the 231st Birthday of the United States Marine Corps will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10, in Aspen Grove Cemetery at the gravesite of Corporal Rick Buesch, U.S. Marine Corps. KDNK brings back Womens Arm Rastlin at 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Phat Thai in Carbondale. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. Costumes and fake names are encouraged. Well sell you the seat, but youll only need the edge. The Glenwood Springs airport runways 14-32 will close from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, and continue through Saturday, Nov. 11, for sealing of pavement cracks. Pilots are encouraged to make arrangements at another airport. Glenwood Springs High School Student Council will host the school’s annual Veterans Day assembly and musical program at 11 a.m. today in the GSHS auditorium. All area veterans and community members are invited to attend.
