Anvil Points Quilt Guild will present the fourth annual Outdoor Quilt Show in conjunction with the Silt Heyday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Silt Historical Park, Eighth and Orchard. One hundred quilts will be on display, including a memorial display of Nancy Derbys quilts and a vintage quilt display.For quilt entry information, call 876-2493.

Come in out of the heat and volunteer by helping others in your community. A wide variety of positions are now open in both Rifle and Battlement Mesa through Grand River Hospital District. Call Susan at 625-6423 and discover the joy of being a blessing to another.
